This article summarizes individuals which have transitioned into the Obama Administration, most being veterans of the Clinton and Bush Administrations and having histories of being involved in furthering long-range globalist objectives.
Thirty-one of the forty-seven people Barack Obama had named for appointments had ties to the Clinton Administration, including Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder, Larry Summers, Madeline Albright, Rahm Emanuel, and Timothy Geithner.

Alex Jones has released the documentary “The Obama Deception” on DVD, detailing many inconsistencies between Barack Obama's media manufactured public persona and the true agendas of his administration as being controlled by Madison Avenue, Wall Street and Globalist Elite interests. The film explains specifically how the administration is continuing long-term globalist objectives of intentionally imploding the American economy for the purpose of empowering a dictatorial world government, among many other issues.

There are many questionable issues about Vice President Joe Biden, including his having past dishonest behavior such as plagiarism and false claims of academic achievement, conflicts of interest associated with the financial institution MBNA, and issues with the 9/11 attacks and the 1993 Waco siege of the Branch Davidian compound.
An article written August 23, 2008 on Truthnews.net explains that the then running mate of Barack Obama Joe Biden has many disturbing character issues, including:
— It was discovered that Biden had plagiarized speeches by British politician Neil Kinnock, who was the leader of the British Labor Party, and Biden also plagiarized a law review article in portions of a class paper he wrote in law school.
— Biden claimed to graduate in the “top half” of his class when in fact he graduated 76th out of 85, and he also claimed to attend Syracuse law school on a full scholarship as the only member of his law class to do so, when he actually attended on a half scholarship based on financial need.
— Biden also claimed that he had “graduated with three degrees from college” when he actually received a single degree from the University of Delaware with a double major.

The 1997 Academy Award nominated documentary “Waco: The Rules of Engagement” details evidence showing how the United States agency the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms intentionally set fire to the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas in April 1993, killing up to 86 people— many being women and children. Also shown is how the Bureau took steps to ensure that the fire would spread and engulf the building as quickly as possible, as well as how they machine gunned unarmed people as they tried to escape the burning building.

John Holdren - Science Czar
President Obama’s top science and technology advisor John P. Holdren co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

Robert Gates - Secretary of Defense
Robert Gates was indicted for involvement in covering up the Iran-Contra scandal.
Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has been involved with over three decades of questionable activities in the CIA intelligence community, and he remains as the Pentagon Chief in the Obama Administration.
Gates worked under Reagan's CIA director William Casey, and when nominated by Reagan to head the CIA in 1987, he was forced to drop out of consideration under questioning due to the fact that he was indicted for his involvement in covering up the Iran-Contra scandal.
Gates also had a key role in supporting the Afghan Mujahideen against the Soviets, first as an assistant to Zbigniew Brzezinski during the 1970s and then while working under William Casey during the Reagan Administration.
When nominated to be the head the CIA in 1991 under George W Bush, Gates was appointed to the post mainly due to many members of Congress being too intimidated by Bush's recent victory in Iraq to block the nomination, despite his appointment being opposed by a few individuals such as Senator Joe Biden, who today finds Gates to be acceptable for the important post of Secretary of Defense.
During Gates’ present involvement in the Bush Administration, he was the primary advocate for the Iraq “surge” which increased U.S. military presence in the country, and he has also pushed for a new nuclear arsenal including smaller tactical nuclear weapons.

In September 1991, Time Magazine cited widespread reports that Gates 'cooked the books' while he was at the CIA to support the political demands of the Reagan and Bush regimes. A New York Times editorial of November 4, 1991 concluded that 'charges that Mr. Gates slanted intelligence assessments, leaving Congress in the dark and more amenable to administration policy, stand unrefuted.' George Shultz reports in his memoirs that he 'felt that Gates was giving me an idealized picture of what was an altogether different reality,' and complained to Gates on January 5, 1987, 'I don’t have any confidence in the intelligence community I feel you try to manipulate me. Eric Holder - Attorney General
Attorney General Eric Holder was involved in the Presidential Pardon of the Billionaire Fugitive Marc Rich, he played a leading role in reauthorization of the Patriot Act in 2005, and he defended Chiquita Brands International whose executives were facing charges of aiding terrorism through their support of an organization whose gunmen carried out massacres, kidnapping, and torture of tens of thousands of people in Colombia.
From a November 20, 2008 article “Obama’s attorney general pick and the illusion of change” by Bill Van Auken:
The only widely reported criticism of Holder has come from the Republican right. It apparently wants to make an issue of the involvement of the former deputy attorney general in a presidential pardon issued by Bill Clinton at the end of his presidency for the billionaire fugitive investor Marc Rich. How much mileage they can get out of flogging this petty scandal is unclear. There is the inconvenient coincidence that Rich’s lawyer at the time of the pardon was Lewis 'Scooter' Libby, the former chief of staff to Vice President Cheney, who is expected to seek his own end-of-term pardon from President Bush on felony convictions in the Valerie Plame CIA identity leak case.

As a senior legal advisor to the Democratic Party, Holder was intimately involved in the party leadership’s complicity with the police state measures enacted under the Bush administration, playing a leading role in the talks that led to the reauthorization of the Patriot Act in 2005, for which Obama himself voted.
After leaving the Clinton administration, Holder parlayed his government service into a lucrative position as a partner at the Washington, DC legal and lobbying firm of Covington & Burling, which counts big tobacco among its most important clients.
Holder’s most high-profile case at the firm was his defense of the food giant Chiquita Brands International, Inc., whose multi-millionaire executives were facing potential charges of aiding terrorism because of their financing and arming of right-wing death squads in Colombia.
Using his longstanding ties at the Justice Department, Holder managed to get Chiquita off the hook with a fine that amounted to 0.55 percent of its annual revenue. This was despite the overwhelming evidence—and the company’s own admission—that it had paid out millions of dollars to the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (known by its Spanish acronym AUC), as its gunmen carried out the massacre, assassination, kidnapping and torture of tens of thousands of Colombian workers, peasants, trade union officials and left-wing political activists. Fully half of these payments were made after AUC was formally designated as a foreign terrorist organization, and they continued for a full year after the Justice Department had warned Chiquita that it would face prosecution if it failed to halt the payments.
Some have defended Holder on the grounds that he is not responsible for his clients’ actions and that every defendant is entitled to a lawyer. This is no doubt true, but lawyers also have a right to choose whom and what class interests they defend. Holder’s record is not that of a champion of civil and democratic rights or a defender of the oppressed, but rather a legal servant of the corporations and the state, complicit in their criminality and repression.

Zbigniew Brzezinski - Foreign Policy Advisor
Zbigniew Brzezinski is a political scientist and geostrategist who served as National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981. He is known for his Hawkish foreign policy and is considered to be a “Democratic version of Henry Kissinger.”
Brzezinski has a long history of military interventionism in the Middle East. His strategies have involved provoking wars between countries in order to further long-term globalist agendas, including provoking the Soviet-Afghanistan war during the 1970s and the Iran-Iraq war during the 1980s. Madeleine Albright has been assigned by Barack Obama to report on how to “strengthen US leadership in responding to genocide,” however Albright's history makes her qualifications for such a position questionable due to past associations with the sanctions against Iraq, Genocide in Rwanda, and the Bombing of Yugoslavia, all occuring during her role as Secretary of State under Bill Clinton or while Ambassador to the United Nations.

Rahm Emanuel - Chief of Staff
Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has been described even by Time Magazine as a “profane, hyperactive attack dog,” and he known for being a strong advocate of hawkish foreign policies as well as corporate globalist agendas such as NAFTA and the World Trade Organization.
After being a senior advisor in the Clinton Administration, Emanuel was elected to Congress in 2002 and was the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus.

Timothy Geitner had been the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and has been appointed Treasury Secretary of the Obama Administration. The 1997 Asian Crisis: Dress Rehearsal for Things to Come
In the course of 1997, currency speculation instrumented by major financial institutions directed against Thailand, Indonesia and South Korea was conducive to the collapse of national currencies and the transfer of billions of dollars of central bank reserves into private financial hands. Several observers pointed to the deliberate manipulation of equity and currency markets by investment banks and brokerage firms.
While the Asian bailout agreements were formally negotiated with the IMF, the major Wall Street commercial banks (including Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup and J. P. Morgan) as well as the “big five” merchant banks (Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney) were “consulted” on the clauses to be included in the Asian bail-out agreements. The US Treasury in liaison with Wall Street and the Bretton Woods institutions played a central role in negotiating the bailout agreements. Both Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner, were actively involved on behalf of the US Treasury in the 1997 bailout of South Korea:

What happened in Korea under advice from Deputy Treasury Secretary Summers et al, had nothing to do with “financial aid.”
The country was literally ransacked. Undersecretary of the Treasury David Lipton was sent to Seoul in early December 1997. Secret negotiations were initiated. Washington had demanded the firing of the Korean Finance Minister and the unconditional acceptance of the IMF “bailout.”
A new finance minister, who happened to be former IMF and World Bank official, was appointed and immediately rushed off to Washington for “consultations” with his former IMF colleague Deputy Managing Director Stanley Fischer.
The Korean Legislature had met in emergency sessions on December 23. The final decision concerning the 57 billion dollar deal took place the following day, on Christmas Eve December 24th, after office hours in New York. Wall Street's top financiers, from Chase Manhattan, Bank America, Citicorp and J. P. Morgan had been called in for a meeting at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Also at the Christmas Eve venue, were representatives of the big five New York merchant banks including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney. And at midnight on Christmas Eve, upon receiving the green light from the banks, the IMF was allowed to rush 10 billion dollars to Seoul to meet the avalanche of maturing short-term debts.
The coffers of Korea's central Bank had been ransacked. Creditors and speculators were anxiously awaiting to collect the loot. The same institutions which had earlier speculated against the Korean won were cashing in on the IMF bailout money. It was a scam. While they may disagree on some issues, they are firmly committed to the Washington-Wall Street Consensus. They are utterly ruthless in their management of economic and financial processes. Their actions are profit driven. Outside of their narrow interest in the “efficiency” of “markets,” they have little concern for “living human beings.” How are people's lives affected by the deadly gamut of macro-economic and financial reforms, which is spearheading entire sectors of economic activity into bankruptcy.

The 1997 Asian Crisis: Dress Rehearsal for Things to Come
In the course of 1997, currency speculation instrumented by major financial institutions directed against Thailand, Indonesia and South Korea was conducive to the collapse of national currencies and the transfer of billions of dollars of central bank reserves into private financial hands. Several observers pointed to the deliberate manipulation of equity and currency markets by investment banks and brokerage firms.
While the Asian bailout agreements were formally negotiated with the IMF, the major Wall Street commercial banks (including Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup and J. P. Morgan) as well as the “big five” merchant banks (Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney) were “consulted” on the clauses to be included in the Asian bail-out agreements. [Note: These are 1997 denominations of major financial institutions.]
The US Treasury in liaison with Wall Street and the Bretton Woods institutions played a central role in negotiating the bailout agreements. Both Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner, were actively involved on behalf of the US Treasury in the 1997 bailout of South Korea:
[In 1997] “Messrs. Summers and Geithner worked to persuade Mr. Rubin to support financial aid to South Korea. Mr. Rubin was wary of such a move, worrying that providing money to a country in dire straits might be a losing proposition...” (WSJ, November 8, 2008)
What happened in Korea under advice from Deputy Treasury Secretary Summers et al, had nothing to do with “financial aid.”
The country was literally ransacked. Undersecretary of the Treasury David Lipton was sent to Seoul in early December 1997. Secret negotiations were initiated. Washington had demanded the firing of the Korean Finance Minister and the unconditional acceptance of the IMF “bailout.”
A new finance minister, who happened to be former IMF and World Bank official, was appointed and immediately rushed off to Washington for “consultations” with his former IMF colleague Deputy Managing Director Stanley Fischer.
The Korean Legislature had met in emergency sessions on December 23. The final decision concerning the 57 billion dollar deal took place the following day, on Christmas Eve December 24th, after office hours in New York. Wall Street's top financiers, from Chase Manhattan, Bank America, Citicorp and J. P. Morgan had been called in for a meeting at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Also at the Christmas Eve venue, were representatives of the big five New York merchant banks including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney. And at midnight on Christmas Eve, upon receiving the green light from the banks, the IMF was allowed to rush 10 billion dollars to Seoul to meet the avalanche of maturing short-term debts.
The coffers of Korea's central Bank had been ransacked. Creditors and speculators were anxiously awaiting to collect the loot. The same institutions which had earlier speculated against the Korean won were cashing in on the IMF bailout money. It was a scam. ”Strong economic medicine” is the prescription of the Washington Consensus. “Short term pain for long term gain” was the motto at the World Bank during Lawrence Summers term of as World Bank Chief Economist. What we dealing with is an entire “old boys network” of officials and advisers at the Treasury, the Federal Reserve, the IMF, World Bank, the Washington Think Tanks, who are in permanent liaison with leading financiers on Wall Street.
