This video clip contains footage of two witnesses talking about lights in the sky that are potentially associated with the 8.8 magnitude February 27, 2010 earthquake that occured in central Chile.  First, a journalist Cecilia Lagos in Santiago is shown saying that she saw the sky changing colors during the earthquake, and then audio is played of a witness Lorena Rios who explains that she was driving her car during the earthquake and saw an odd type of lighting in the sky.
