Potential HAARP related ”Earthquake Clouds” 2, Shaanxi province, China
These rainbow colored clouds were observed about 10 minutes before a May 12, 2008 Sichuan earthquake that killed at least 68,000 people. It was recorded in Meixian, Shaanxi Province about 550 km northeast of the epicenter. The phenomenon lasted for about 1 minute.
