Holes in Heaven: Clip— Potential for Creating Earthquakes Using HAARP
Running Time: 4 Minutes 30 Seconds

This clip of excerpts from the documentary “Holes in Heaven” explains potential for HAARP-type ionospheric installations to be used to intentionally cause earthquakes.  A science called “tomography” involves beaming power into the ground in order to find the composition of layers beneath the surface of the Earth, and it is explained that if such energy is beamed at the proper strength and frequency it could be used to create earthquakes.

Following are points made in the clip:

— Brooks Agnew, an Earth Tomographer, explains that in 1983 he used only 30 watts of power beamed into the ground to be able to find 26 oil wells over a nine state area with 100% accuracy, and HAARP uses a billion watts beamed straight into the ionosphere for experiments.  He shows strings of a piano being plucked, explaining that each string represents a layer of the Earth with its own frequency.  He says when he beamed radio waves into the ground he was able to find what was underneath by the tones that were generated, where natural gas and crude oil have their own frequencies.  He says that he used only 30 watts, and if the same process would be attempted with a billion watts, then the entire piano and the whole house would shake, and the vibrations would be so severe underground that they could even cause an earthquake.

— Dr. Nick Begich, co-author of the book “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” explains that the radio frequency is focused from the antenna array, and the larger the antenna array, the higher they can focus the energy.  He says that once the energy gets into the ionosphere, it can create a secondary frequency that causes the atmosphere to vibrate and send the signal back down to the Earth, which can facilitate communicating at a very high data rate to submarines, and it also allows the possibility of Earth-penetrating tomography that enables looking into the Earth several kilometers deep.

— Plasma physicist Bernard Eastlund explains that it is now possible to create images from Earth-penetrating tomography, which they previously were not able to do.

— Rich Garcia, Director of Public Relations for HAARP, explains that Earth-penetrating tomography can be used to look for resources that are just below the surface of the Earth such as oil, gas, and different types of ore.

— The Space Physics Advisor for HAARP Dr. Joseph Kan says that low frequency signals can penetrate deeper into the Earth or the water than high frequency signals.

— Dr. Nick Begich explains that as late as 1997 the U.S. Secretary of Defense Cohen announced at Georgia’s University that geophysical warfare was becoming a more intense problem, and he even speculated that terrorist organizations could have systems that would modify weather, create volcanic eruptions, or even cause earthquakes using electromagnetic waves.  Begich later explains that it is obvious that since Cohen is concerned about terrorists owning such technology then surely we must have it as well.

— Alaska representative Jeannette James is shown questioning the curious-seeming increase in earthquakes and volcanoes that has occured the past few years, and she speculates that there is a connection to the things humans are doing to the Earth.

— Dr. Nick Begich explains that the issue of earthquakes has been looked at by other specialists, even going back to the work of G.F. Gordon McDonald when he was at UCLA in the late 1960s.  McDonald was also a science advisor to Lyndon Johnson, and a specialist in geophysical warfare who asserted then that if you could ever get enough energy in at just the right frequency and waveform, you could trigger events such as earthquakes and volcanoes.

— Jeane Manning, co-author of the book “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” explains that back in 1912 Nikola Tesla said it was possible to split the planet by combining the correct vibrations with the resonance of the planet itself.
