This clip from the documentary “Holes in Heaven” explains potential for the use of HAARP-type installations for mind control purposes, such as to alter the moods of people in targeted areas by generating certain frequencies of ELF energy.

Following are points made in the clip:

— An electromagnetic specialist Dr. Patrick Flanagan explains that signals in a certain frequency range can effect the moods of humans.  He says that the human brain operates at very low frequencies that HAARP is capable of generating, and thus it is possible for HAARP to be able to be able to generate and control all types of emotions such as happiness or sadness.

— John Heckcher, the project manager for HAARP, explains that he disagrees with Flanagan’s statements, saying that we are already immersed in ELF waves that are stronger than what HAARP could generate, and presumably they do not have such an effect on emotions.

— Dr. Nick Begich, co-author of the book “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” explains that ELF waves actually do effect the brain, and he cites studies at Yale University where Dr. Jose Delgado made use of combinations of implants in the brain and radio frequencies that only needed to be 1/50th of what the Earth naturally produces in order to trigger huge mood swings by making use of certain frequencies.

— Dr. Flanagan explains that when he was young, he was considered to be a prodigy in electronics, and his entire life has been devoted to the study of the effects of electromagnetic energy on the human mind.  He explains that when he was 13 years old he created a device that transmits sound to the human mind using electromagnetic waves, and he says that HAARP scares him because he knows the potential of what the technology can do.

— The biophysicist Dr. Beverly Rubik explains that she does not think that the people working at HAARP are aware that people are made up of balls of energy such as electricity and magnetic energy, just as the Earth is.  She explains that all living things are extremely sensitive to some of the lowest levels of energy, and we are “bio-regulated” by virtue of tiny transactions in our body that also come from the Earth.  She also explains that there are many different electromagnetic projects being implemented that use technologies that are currently effecting our health.

— A document entitled “Low-Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology” from Maxwell Air Force Base is shown that lays out the use of electromagnetic weapons technologies for debilitating human beings.

— The physicist Adam Trombly from The Institute For Advanced Studies explains that the use of electromagnetic warfare against human beings can cause disease, hysteria, or passivity for population control.

— Dr. Rubik explains that extremely low frequencies can effect us because they are the same frequencies that our brains use, where our brains try to mimic those signals around us; so if they are not good signals for our behaviour, then we could “fall apart” and behave differently, or get very sick or stressed and not know why.

— Mrs. Jenelle Tuttle, a former administrator to the U.S. Attorney General, explains that she has discovered many symptoms caused by electromagnetic frequencies in her research, including anxiety, depression, extreme fatigue, dizziness, headaches, mood swings, nausea, among many other symptoms.

— The physicist Adam Trombly explains that it is also possible to cause cancer and disrupt the genetic structure of our cells over the long term, and it is even possible to make someone’s cells fall apart and hemorrhage to death in the short term.

— Jenelle Tuttle explains that causes of artificially induced electromagnetic frequencies in the environment include facilities such as HAARP as well high tension power lines, among many other causes.
