A German Television station RTL reports on trying to find the purpose of a “military experiment” involving “mysterious trails” in sky.

- Meteorologist Karsten Brandt explains the federal army is manipulating the meteorological maps. “We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised of fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals.” He goes on to explain that although the army claims they are only dispersing small amounts of the material, the radar images are stunning, suggesting tons of dispersed elements.
