This video introduction from the PBS Frontline documentary "Ghosts of Rwanda" documents widespread Genocide occurring in Rwanda over the course of 100 days starting on April 6, 1994 shortly after the United Nations had pulled it's troops out of the country. Despite official warnings and then daily reports emerging of roving bands of militias maiming and exterminating all in their path using hatchets and machetes, President Clinton and the United Nations did nothing to intervene until the violence had run it's course and over 800,000 Rwandans had been killed, and many more maimed.
